“You want to apologize to me.”
Mac’s thoughtless parking prevents Char from leaving the golf club
where they are both members. She confronts and angrily chastises him, despite
her instant attraction.
Captivated by the cute, feisty stranger, Mac digs a deeper
hole by using annoying nicknames when trying to get a date with the lively
sprite in front of him. Despite his
wife’s death, he has continued family traditions, participated in a
conservative political group, and even finished building the second house that he
and his wife had planned.
Single for many years, Char doesn’t need anyone’s help and
enjoys her liberal politics. She and her three golfing friends have no idea what
they’re in for when Mac introduces them to his golfing buddies.
Politics, irresponsible kids, and nasty in-laws threaten this
blossoming relationship. Will Mac get a second wife into his second house?
